How to Use a Sommelier Waiter’s corkscrew?

To uncork a bottle with a cork, place the bottle on a counter and remove the safety paper from around the bottle’s spout. Carefully open the lever and extend the bit so that it forms a T with the handle.

Then, secure your bottle with your left and take advantage of your right to store the wick in the center of the cork. As soon as you penetrate the cork, make sure the corkscrew is centered, then turn it clockwise.
